What’s the difference between a consultation and an appointment?

Consultations and appointments are two different services. Consultations are for custom made garments and appointments are for alterations only.

VIRTUAL VS IN PERSON 

We do offer virtual and in person consultations only! Appointments are in person only!

When you book your consultation you will have the option to either book a virtual consultation or an in person consultation. We recommend that only out-of-town clients booked virtual consultations. It is highly recommended that if you are in Virginia that you complete a in person consultation. If you are out of state and if you want to complete an in person Consultation instead of having a virtual consultation that option is open to you. 

NO CALL NO SHOW - LATE RULES
All clients have up to 20 mins to arrive to their consultations before its marked as "No call No show." Your credit card will still be charged the full amount of the consultation if the consultation is missed.
Missed consultation Clients are responsible for rebooking to a different day and time.
If you arrive within the 20 mins then you will still be granted your hour consultation from the time you arrive. It will still end at the scheduled time. Missed time will not be added to end of consultations 
If you miss your consultation, the client WILL have to rebook and repay a new consultation fee for a new day and time.
Consultation fees are nonrefundable Please be on time.

TIMEFRAMES 
Bridal
Weddings must have 6 months, at minimum, between booking and your special occasion (if less then that please let designer know so she can schedule you in accordingly) - extra rush will apply

Prom and other Special Occassion
All these events must leave at minimum 60 days between booking and your special occasion. - If less then 45 days an rush fee will
apply

FEES
Due to the complexity of Gowns Rush fees will be applied any gowns who's not meeting the appropriate deadlines

BRIDAL Gowns less then

30 - 60 Days - $350

61-179 Days - $250

Special Occassion Gowns less then

14 - 30 Days - $200
30-59 Days - $100

BRIDAL and Special Occassion Non Gown pieces less then 30 Days - $75 fee

Non Special Occasion garments 

3 - 14 Days - $50
15 - 30 Days - $25
