All consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable, as your appointment reserves dedicated time, preparation, and creative service.

Alteration balances must be paid in full before services are rendered.

Rush services may be accommodated with a 25–40% surcharge, depending on garment complexity and timeline.

Pricing does not include the cost of fabrics, trims, or specialty materials—these are quoted separately after your consultation.
