Couture Reconstruction Atelier

Consultation Fee: $100 (Applied toward your project when you proceed.)

Rush accommodations are available upon approval and based on scheduling availability, garment complexity, and turnaround requirements.

- 24-Hour Rush Service
- Same-Day Service (When Available)
Rush fees are assessed individually and must be paid prior to work beginning.

Walk-In Wednesdays are reserved exclusively for standard garments and are serviced on a first-come, first-served basis.
Luxury gown alterations, bridal garments, couture reconstruction, and specialty fabrics are available by appointment only.
Standard alterations may also be scheduled by appointment throughout the week, subject to availability.

Booking Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable and applied toward your service when you proceed.
- Alterations will not begin until garments have been received and payment requirements have been satisfied.
- Turnaround times vary based on garment type and complexity.
- Clients are encouraged to bring the shoes, shapewear, and undergarments they plan to wear with their garment to ensure the most accurate fit.
Payment Policy
- Standard alteration services require payment in full before work begins.
- Luxury gown alteration balances are due before any alterations begin.
- Couture reconstruction projects require a 70% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
