At Crystal Angelita & Co., every garment is crafted with exceptional care, precision, and attention to detail. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order, made-to-measure, or custom-created, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the item you purchased, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing Sales@CrystalAngelitaCo.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the garment and packaging
Our team will carefully review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or, when applicable, an authorized exchange.
Any approved return must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
Couture Craftsmanship
Every Crystal Angelita & Co. garment is individually crafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handcrafted nature of couture and made-to-order production, slight variations in fabric placement, pattern alignment, stitching, embellishment, hardware, and finishing are part of the artistry of each piece and are not considered defects.
These subtle distinctions reflect the individuality and craftsmanship that define luxury couture.
Custom, Couture & Made-to-Order Items
Because our couture garments, made-to-measure pieces, and pre-order collections are created specifically for each client, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes:
- Bridal Couture
- Birthday Couture
- Prom Couture
- Pageant Couture
- Red Carpet & Gala Couture
- Made-to-Measure Garments
- Personalized or Monogrammed Items
- Pre-Order Collections
We encourage every client to carefully review sizing, color selections, production timelines, and order details before confirming their purchase.
By placing an order with Crystal Angelita & Co., you acknowledge that you have reviewed all product descriptions, sizing information, estimated production timelines, and applicable policies prior to completing your purchase.
Authorized Returns
If a return or exchange is approved by Crystal Angelita & Co., you will receive a Return Authorization along with detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
For your protection, we recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service, as Crystal Angelita & Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If complimentary shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost incurred by Crystal Angelita & Co. may be deducted from any approved refund where permitted by law.
