At Crystal Angelita & Co., each piece is crafted and finished with meticulous care. Because of the made-to-order nature of our garments and outerwear, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at Sales@CrystalAngelitaCo.com with detailed photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and determine the best solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or limited exchange authorization.
All items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Pre-Order & Custom Policy
Because many of our designs are offered as pre-order or made-to-measure items, cancellations are not permitted after your order has been confirmed.
We strongly encourage reviewing all sizing, color, and material details before completing your purchase.
Shipping Returns (if applicable)
If a return or exchange is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and we recommend using an insured carrier when returning authorized items.
