Shipping Policy

OVERVIEW
At Crystal Angelita & Co., we pride ourselves on delivering every piece with the same precision and care that goes into its creation. Please review our shipping terms below for all online and in-store purchases.
1. Processing Time
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
  • Ready-to-Wear & Handbag Orders: Typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom Couture & Made-to-Order Garments: Production timelines vary by design complexity and are confirmed during consultation.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.
We currently ship through UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Estimated 7–14 business days, depending on customs and regional carriers.
All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary. Crystal Angelita & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs, or events beyond our control. Once the package transfers to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
4. Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email once your order ships with tracking details. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
Crystal Angelita & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
5. International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by local law. Please contact your customs office for guidance before placing your order.
Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
6. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
From time to time, Crystal Angelita & Co. offers pre-orders for exclusive or limited-edition pieces.
  • Pre-Orders secure your item before official release.
  • Estimated ship dates appear on each product page and in your confirmation email.
  • Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your piece.
  • Shipping time begins once production is complete, not from the order date.
If production or delivery is delayed, you’ll be notified by email with updated timing.
Customers may request store credit if a pre-order delay exceeds 30 days from the estimated ship date.
All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
7. Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, email Sales@CrystalAngelitaCo.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email Sales@CrystalAngelitaCo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and item, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll issue a replacement or store credit if eligible.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package returns to us because it was unclaimed or addressed incorrectly, we’ll contact you to reship. Additional shipping fees may apply.
